Call for Presentation Proposals

We are currently accepting proposals for breakout workshops. Submit your proposal by December 9th for consideration.

Proposals must be submitted using the CMS online proposal submission form and CMS requires that all prospective presenters agree to the following Rules of Submitting a Workshop Proposal:

  • Presenters must have a Bachelors degree or higher.
  • A maximum of 2 proposals by a presenter may be submitted.
  • Workshops are 1 hour and 30 minutes in length.
  • Presenters must be available to present at any time on the day of the conference (specific time slots will not be considered).
  • Up to 2 presenters will receive complimentary conference registration, lunch, and $100 stipend. If only 1 presenter, then only 1 registration and lunch will be given. For two presenters, each will receive $50. Only individuals listed on the proposal will be considered presenters; request made after submitting for additional presenters will not be considered.
  • Submission forms must contain complete information.
  • Requesting A/V equipment is part of the proposal. You should carefully consider the A/V request made through your submissions. Laptops, computer power cords, and adaptors (for MACS) must be provided by the presenter. Requested equipment is subject to approval by the CMS Conference Committee.
  • Presenters will be responsible for any fees incurred by requests for additional equipment after submission of proposal, including requests made on-site.
  • Wi-fi Internet access will be provided in each workshop room.
  • Presentation proposals for strictly commercial purposes will not be accepted. You may purchase Exhibitor space or a conference sponsorship for that purpose.
  • Late proposal submissions will not be accepted.
